The first script reading site of webdrama, “We Broke Up”, a collaboration project between YG KPlus and Story Plant of CJ E&M, has been revealed.
On the 22nd, YG KPlus released a photo of the first script reading site of “We Broke Up” where Sandara Park, Kang Seungyoon, Kang Seunghyun, Jang Kiyong, and other actors were gathered.
The photo of the first script reading of “We Broke Up” shows the thrilling hearts of first meetings between Sandara Park, Kang Seungyoon, Kang Seunghyun, Jang Kiyong, and others and them focusing on their scripts within the exciting atmosphere.
Despite this day being the first script reading and first time to test out their chemistry with each other, there are positive rumors that the meeting progressed in a bright atmosphere. Also, as the script reading commenced, the actors and actresses immediately got into character and read their scripts without faltering.
Sandara Park expressed her thoughts on the first script reading, “I was able to comfortably take part in the script reading thanks to the director and staff members who made an enjoyable atmosphere. The script reading took place as if we were on the filming site so I am anticipating how much more fun it will be when we start filming”. I will work hard to prepare myself and show a developed me when we start filming.” Jang Kiyong promised, “I will work hard and prepare with density so as to show a new and never-before-seen side of me”.
Meanwhile, this webdrama, “We Broke Up”, is a peculiar house-sharing story of a man and a woman who broke up but are put in a situation where they have to live together. Director Kim Yongwan, who co-directed the webdrama “Love Cells” that accumulated over 6 million hits, will direct. CJ E&M Digital Studio, the studio that took part in the production of the first nationwide beauty webdrama “Sweet Youth” that accumulated over 1.8 million hits, will collaborate with Director Kim Yongwan for “We Broke Up”. The expectations for this project is very high. Filming will start this month and it will be released sometime in June.
